Get a taste of life as a conservationist or marine biologist when you travel to the town of Puerto Morelos in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula and discover a new underwater world by developing your diving skills in the spectacular Caribbean Sea.
You will learn first-hand about the issues facing marine ecosystems from a local and international team. Discover a fascinating career path in marine biology, conservation or professional diving while learning valuable skills such as how to conduct reef-based research and fish and coral species identification techniques. Spend time discovering the local sights and sounds in between putting your new skills to use.
Please note that the programme is for PADI Open Water divers or equivalent, only. If you are not a diver, take a look at our Mexico Marine Conservation Awareness programme.
